Books

Sara Wickham is a research midwife and does a fantastic set of books covering many topics if you want to research and make sure you are fully informed. If you aren’t really a book person her website is also full of wonderful information so you may find what you need there. She is an expert in topics such as Vitmain K, Anti-D, GBS, Induction of labour and much more.​

Ina May Gaskin is very famous for her books Spiritual Midwifery and Ina May’s guide to childbirth both which are filled with wonderful birth stories.

Bump by Kate Evans is a wonderful book for new parents

Mark Harris’s book Men Love Birth is written by a male midwife for guys and is a great easy to engage with read from a male perspective
